  • It is a beautiful farmhouse, in addition to being an attractive example of architectural restoration, which leads to visit the and know it. The display is quite poor, but worth a brief.

  • A huge, historic mansion in the heart of the city, the former residence of the Marquise in imperial times. Today serves as a place of exhibitions, the day I was there was a about Yolanda Penteado, the Lady of the arts of SP. The exhibition occupied its various rooms, explanatory panels are right the entrance, on the right side.

  • Someone had the "brilliant" idea of "empty" Solar ... one of funcs reported that the acquis (16 century furniture) was taken to the Museum of Ipiranga.. It's sad to see the EMPTY rooms of the Manor. It would be better to charge "entry" and reinvest in the Museum. It is a beautiful historic building of 16 century. Is "full plate" for those who enjoy architecture.. You can actually see the Constitution of the walls, by "cuts" exposed. Can be part of a good script to visit the center of SP. Follows suggestions/Script 1: Start with a breakfast in the CAFÉ GIRONDIST (S Bento Station of the subway). Go down the street on March 25, to make those shopping "basic". A little before lunch, climb the Hill General Port (which is not long ... you can climb) and access the street BOA VISTA, which has many old buildings ... worth watching. Proceed to the PATIO of the Colegio, founding the city of SP. lunch at PIERO's restaurant, located at Rua Roberto Simonsen. Let the coffee and dessert to the Cafeteria inside the ANCHIETA MUSEUM (there's even a part of the wall, to see how was the original building). On the path between the restaurant and the Museum, is the SOLAR da MARQUESA de SANTOS. Nice to see the HOME 1 tb and the ALLEY of PINTO, places with great historical importance. Back on the street Boa Vista, to the Church of St. BENEDICT ... beautiful! Take the opportunity to buy the Orange bread, produced by monks. not to be missed! End the day at Shopping Light.
