Some of the path meanders down side streets while other sections share the road with traffic. Bikes are provided with their own lane marked in red and clearly separated from auto traffic, so they are safe for all experience levels. Take heed of safety precautions, wear a helmet, and use hand signals to alert other riders and drivers of your movements. The best part about biking in this city--apart from health, environment, and freedom--is the bikes are free. Simply reserve a bike and enjoy your path of choice.
