  • A fair with products and Bolivian and Peruvian food. Good to know but go without high expectations, it's worth trying the saltenhas and the Iinca Cola soda.

  • I'm going to almost all of the Sundays the Kantuta, a simple place but very happy and with a mood that pleases me very much. There you find something resembling Bolivia Yes but many of them remember our infancias such as toys for children, scratchcards of ice (the currant is the favorite), regional music and a lot of variety of food, I recommend the anticucho Lucio bar. This EMS talk in handicraft.

  • Bolivian fair of the Kantuta is a place to visit, full of stalls and the sound of music of Bolivia. You'll find everything to hairdressers, who cut your hair the way you want by choosing from the various models exposed in pictures, but I only saw male models and can also dye your hair and even eyebrows ... interesting! That's where the Bolivian immigrants gather to show their music, their dances, your food varied, their typical products as choclos, which are purple corn. The chicha morada is a juice made with these choclos and spices such as cloves and cinnamon and is very tasty. Sweet macarrons, which has different aspect of macaroni, a kind of salty sweet, tb has corn sweet and salty. You can find pepper, beans, choclos to make soup and other goodies. You can also enjoy the sights. like ponchos, hats, shawls, bags; crafts with Inca figures in copper and metal, jewelry, etc. You will have the option to take a pineapple or Peach juice and eat some saltenhas (species of empanadas) of chicken, beef or pig to 5 reais each, or affordable for lunch. Has soups, lechon, fricase, spicy mixto, chicharron, salchi Pope, fish, pollo broaster and other news from Bolivian cuisine. We ask lechon and mani. The lechon comes a large piece of roast suckling pig, with lettuce salad accompanied by potatoes, sweet potatoes, banana baked in the shell. Cassava soup, comes with pieces of meat and noodles and is tasty. The price of the dishes range from 8 to 15 reais and Royal SAPs 3 reais each. We take of pineapples, which comes with a slice of pineapple and peach, that comes with a small peach inside. Enjoy the food and juices. Good, cheap and different. Has many options. Fair access is easy. You can take the Metro blue line and get off at station Armenia. The rua Pedro Vicente, get out of the subway and walk 700 metres, crossing the cruzeiro do sul Avenue, you'll give in the square of the Kantuta.. Sujiro get a 2:00 pm 3:00 pm cuz we're early or and some tents were not yet ... the fair goes to the 7:00 pm. Curiosity: Kantuta is a flower of Bolivia .... I just thought that the square should be better taken care of, because the grass was no trim ... but well worth the walk.

  • The fair is simple, basically with some stalls with Bolivian meals options. This last time I went the place was cleaner, but I don't know if I got lucky or if improved even cleaning. The infrastructure is simple with a few old bathrooms. I didn't see Porta-Potties. Worth the visit by curiosity.

  • A Bolivian universe outside of Bolivia. You can buy clothes and cooking items, as well as Bolivians enjoy the typical dishes of this country by themselves.

  • It's a nice walk to lunch and ad stands have interesting products. The day we visited was too hot and there's very little shade in place.
