  • This is where the Paulistas relax, exercise, check each other out and generally enjoy themselves. The park is extensive, well maintained, clean and should be quite safe with visible police presence.  more »

  • Beautiful place to spend the afternoon at. Unfortunately, the museum is closed until 2019, but you can still enjoy the park and the gardens. Highly recommended!
  • Historical Place. Brazilian Indepence starts here. Good Manumental sculptures . very cool and Calm place
  • Very nice place. Unfortunately the museum is closed.
  • In a very crowded city with almost no open spaces, this place comes as a huge relief - which is evident in the smiles of the families which come here to relax. It's also a great place for skateboarders to slalom down the slope to the bottom of the hill; my wife and I had fun watching them and their hobby. The place is clean and the lawn well manicured. A great little one- or two-hour getaway!
  • It's a historic and awesome place. Where Brazil has your independence
