  • Former Minhocão. Stay in the Center and on Sundays is closed to traffic and open for people to ride a Bike, run, etc.

  • Christened Minhocão by city dwellers, is functional, but the Avenue under it always suffered with him. There have been some improvements, but has always been controversial. But it is undeniable that without him the traffic in the region, which is already complicated, would suffer a collapse. At least on Sundays is closed for recreation.

  • The high was built during the management of Paulo Maluf as Mayor and became the subject of several controversies. Among other things he caused the degradation of Barrio Santa Cecilia and the language was built only for but call the House of Mackin a his Office. Time passed, and by the years 2000 hipsters took advantage of the high was closed to make raves at the site. Currently, the high is occupied only by sportsmen. We can't do parties or events on it by the population of its surroundings. With the occupation of the athletes a new debate has emerged: why not turn it into a park. Without demolishing the high forecast, create a hanging garden or allow the hipsters go back to the high region changed its name to President João Goulart in order to pay tribute to the last President elected before the beginning of the military dictatorship of 1964. Needless to say that conservatives complained that. The fight isn't just in the realm of ideas: older regulars can no longer do its activities in long underwear. The sets generated around the high caused increase of rents in its surroundings. New people began to attend and live in the region by pushing the former residents who no longer have room for other places. The site is worthy of a passage only, but without the old parties hipsters there is to do in high.
