  • A good place for a meal, a cup of good coffee, visit a bookstore. Good fun. The vez\es has some exposure in their hallways or at a Federal Box display.

  • The building is nice, combining commercial and residential spaces. There are a few exhibitions in the common areas that are interesting. There's the bookstore culture, restaurants and some shops. There are also linked to alternative films. No big deal, but it's worth the space if you are around.

  • Only the historical value of your daring architecture worth a visit. Paulistanos and tourists has here the main point of reference in the region of Paulista Avenue near the consolation. This is a pioneer project for the era in which it was carried out: the first from the city of São Paulo that joined Commerce, residence and offices as well as restaurants. On the site you can watch a movie or go to a play as well as practice exercises in the gym or dine or just have a coffee in one of the many cafes. You can also read a book, buy this one or go to the pharmacy as well as a shoe-shine. And if search maybe even be able to rent one of the apartments per season. Cool site is well attended by an eclectic audience socially and culturally speaking.

  • Good located and amusement centre.
  • Great parking price for overnight
  • The National Assembly is an icon of the city. Opened in 1956, can be considered a landmark in the city, both by the bold architecture (with the floor free for movement, integrating all urban space), either by having the functions of being a residential and commercial building. Currently has on your floor one of the most cherished and visited bookstores of São Paulo, the Bookstore giant culture spreads in several areas of the building, each with a different theme (only for travel and gastronomy aside, games, etc). Few people know, but climbing the central ramp of the National Assembly is a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the Paulista Avenue.

  • Worth a visit if you like books, because it has the largest bookstore I've ever visited. Site with several purchase options, leisure, food and convivial public.
