Borboletario Aguias da Serra, Sao Paulo

(4.2/5 based on 65+ reviews on the web)
Borboletario Aguias da Serra may very well be Brazil's biggest butterfly zoo, offering a chance to explore and learn with an English-speaking guide/biologist. You'll be able to see all stages of butterfly development, observe their eggs and pupae, admire caterpillars, and even have an opportunity to hold a butterfly in your hand. Remember, butterflies like vivid colors, so dress up for this occasion. If you're visiting with kids, you can embellish your butterfly adventure with a walk through the woods, a kayaking excursion on the park's lake, or maybe a few rounds of mini golf. • At the southern end of the city of São Paulo, almost 2 hours by car from the Centre expanded hides a beautiful spot, a butterfly garden with leisure area and events. Positive points are the big green area and well cared for, there's a restaurant (not very pleasant), a mini farm with cows and goats and a Lake to play fishing with the kids. The butterfly garden itself is very nice, with classical music (4 stations) and good monitors. The price is a little high but there are promotions for collective purchases (Grupom). And I'd recommend unpretentious. Get there early because it closes early. Who like will like tb of the butterfly garden of Campos do Jordão.

  • If you live in São Paulo capital and wish to visit prepare for a travel 2:00. It's too far! I suggest first checking your remote home by gps and evaluate if it's worth it. This is a small little bed-and-breakfast with a beautiful green area and a butterfly garden small but very interesting. A good place to get some 4:00 with family including one hour for lunch.

  • BUTTERFLY GARDEN Away from the center of the city of São Paulo, the butterfly garden Eagles da Serra is in the neighborhood, some 50 km from Marsilac ground zero: Estr. Ponte Alta, 4300. The butterfly garden is like a Zoo specializing in butterflies that enchant the children, about 2,000 copies and 11 species. Visitors can meet the entire life cycle of the species, observing the development of butterfly. The best part of the ride is an enclosed garden, where the public can enter. The space is to the strains of Vivaldi, the butterflies are approaching when the monitors pass orange juice on the fingers of the people. The site was the soap opera recordings environment Carousel. There is also a restaurant, farm, kayaking and rockets. An unforgettable ride and exotic.

  • Wonderful place for visiting. Relatively close to sp. The biologist knows a lot about butterflies and give a great explanation.
  • Show!
  • Lugar maravilhoso! Vale a pena! Minha filha adorou!
