Spend the day at Benedito Calixto arts market to people watch, shop the eclectic array of items, enjoy authentic Brazilian food, and listen to live music playing. This market offers quite a funky mix of items to peruse including clothes, handcrafts, antiques, handmade shoes, furniture, phonographs, silverware, paintings, and musical instruments. Try the pastels, which are typical Brazilian fast-food consisting of thin pastry envelopes wrapped around various fillings, then deep fried in vegetable oil. • In the handicraft market and two sheds of the square you can find options for all kinds of taste and needs. It is worth saying that even today, without exception, was always very well attended. Passing of garments items for home decoration, among others, the options are numerous. With regard to food, other might not be the evaluation, this is a great place for lunch or brunch! There are options of typical food, as the Miner Consulate restaurant ferinha stalls with typical food, baianas, Portugal ... is a great place to learn a little about the Brazil if you are in SP

  • As antique fair, follows the trend of events of its kind in Brazil-mixing antiques with arts and crafts. The prices are not attractive (which has also been hazing in Brazil in this type of market). The Food Court offers varied and very good items.

  • Recommend to on Saturdays - Nice athmosphere, lots of people, alternative shops, good restaurants, music, good variety of food - very nice activity for a Saturday
  • Já foi melhor
  • Traditional antique market fair with a really great environment and cool people. If are an open minded person you will enjoy after 5pm the bars around to drink and meet your friends!
  • Friendly people, good vintage products, nice food at the center, nice music. At Saturdays
  • Great little flea market on Saturdays. Food market located within with local specialties is good too. Very lively. Definitely worth a visit. Lots of local bars/eateries in the area.
