  • I went with my boyfriend last Saturday and it worth the visit! Incredible structure! There are several photos! There was a very interesting lecture about galaxies * _ * the weather was a bit cloudy and so the monitors do not set up the telescope at the Moon, which is very heavy and difficult to disassembly, but nothing to get the brightness of the night! We saw Saturn and Jupiter and it was amazing! Special mention to the monitors always very helpful with the questions and answers so enthusiasts who gave pride to see! Magical and unforgettable ride and certainly we will come back with a cleaner and also during the day.

  • I met the Observatory in July 2015 during a lecture on vacation about eclipses (Incidentally, it's a pity you don't have returned to offer summer school) and was a pleasant experience. The site is a mini Astronomical Museum: has a panel with the geological eras, orbit the Earth Simulator, images of nebulae and planets, a model of the spatial position of the stars that make up the Southern Cross, models of the phases of the Moon, a celestial sphere (you can get it) and the very interesting "garden of heaven on Earth" (in which the Sun and planets are presented in scale of size and distance across campus of USP São Carlos). And not only: offers several courses during the year (I live there), solar observations (amazing to see the lumps) and the night sky (see the craters and lunar mountains and Saturn is simply not to be missed). And on weekends, there's also the cine Observatory (with astronomical-themed films) and also lectures on various topics of Astronomy. Anyway, it's a real full plate for lovers of this fascinating science called Astronomy. (And best, all free!) Extremely recommended

  • Best place to catch Pokemon in the city! Pokemon trainers, this is your place!:P.
  • Great for Pokémon hunt!
  • Legal
  • Very cool!
  • Staff attentive. There are always offered courses open to the community. One thing to improve is the screen on which protrude movies free session which takes place every Saturday night.
