  • I visited this museum day 28 February 2017. A replica of a 19th-century carriage used by Emperor Dom Pedro II to a visit to the city of San Carlos. It is worth spending a few minutes to enjoy the Baldwin locomotive, 1891. The Museum, however, is restricted and not worth spending more than half an hour to visit him. When I went to meet him in a Sunday afternoon, part of the GDR was closed.

  • The exhibition is rotating. She remains for long periods. On our visit the theme was sport. Very well elaborated and allowing a broad knowledge of the presence of San Carlos on regional and national sport.

  • The Museum of San Carlos finally stopped being a "Cabinet of curiosities", with a lot of pieces of exposed acquis without any relationship between himself, to now a Museum and design-graphic, with a specialized team. Visitors can check out the quality leap in the new exhibition "sport!", which depicts the story of body practices in the city of São Carlos, and exposes both the objects the Museum personal objects of athletes and sporting institutions of the city. Well worth the visit!
