  • Simple place that is graced by beautiful stories about your Emerson. Sculptures made in wood. Very well done. I appreciate manual work, but I found the price a little salty ... a traditional boot it, the less it costs 120, 00 ... but is worth knowing and be charmed, by place and by the stories and if you are with money, why not take a souvenir!

  • For those who visit São Bento do Sapucaí, meet the Emerson Studio Jeanne, which lies in the Quilombo district. No more thrilled to hear Mr. Emerson count as well the stories portrayed in each wooden sculpture that he did. In a single piece of wood (including, he has authorization from IBAMA to do what you do), even we can imagine how he managed to do the whole job like collages, but in reality is a single piece. Large craftsman, great person, we responded very well, an excellent storyteller "Tales" and, to hear his story, surprised he have the wisdom that has so little study. The largest school is the school of life. Simple and captivating person, his work is nothing simple, on the contrary, is not for everyone. In short, I recommend a visit, recommend to meet him because he's a master, his works are amazing and a connoisseur of fine arts is a full plate. The ambiance is rustic, bucolic, very nice. RECOMMEND for sure, I'm very pleased so far.

  • Be in são Bento and not visit the Studio of the Emerson means incomplete walk. Go take your time and an open mind to know the stories of your Emerson.
