A Bodega, Santo Antonio do Pinhal

(3.9/5 based on 220+ reviews on the web)
A Bodega is a paradise for lovers of good rum, which is called cachaça in Portuguese. The variety of rum flavors is vast, which you can see fermenting in glass carboys, and then of course do some tastings. There are other local culinary products on sale such as salami, jam, candy, drinks, honey, and souvenirs, making it very difficult to leave this place empty-handed. Outside there is a nice garden with a pond, which is great for photos and where the kids can run around. The service is very good and there is parking right out front. • Very nice location, beautiful and well maintained, with easy access. Several types of rum to taste, wines and other delicacies. Very good quality cachaça with corretíssimos values. The gardens are very well maintained. The tables for beer and/or rum with appetizers. Unfortunately does not accept any type of card, which limited my spending. Recommend a visit.

  • You have no idea the amount of rum in this place, if you hold can prove everything, just won't be able to do well there. You can taste for free! Have salami options tbm, sweets and wines to buy. But attention, due to lack of internet at the site they don't take card, only cash or check.

  • I didn't drink the pure rum and aged to know if it is really good, but are so many kinds of rum with various components (herbs, fruits, wood etc) that even just pecking at some of them (Some 5 or 6 ...), I've been kind of cheerful and I had to restrain myself to be back driving. The location is nice with simple facilities, but a bit far from the city and with a dirt track in good condition, if it doesn't rain ... The prices aren't cheap (about R $50 per liter), but when it comes to craft. ... Good to go with a driver who does not drink.
