Palacete Das Artes Rodin Bahia, Salvador
(4.7/5 based on 500+ reviews on the web)
Once the palatial residence of the Catharino family, one of the wealthiest in Salvador in the early-20th century, Palacete Das Artes Rodin Bahia is today the permanent home of four works in bronze by the French sculptor Rodin. You will find the sculptures arranged in the palace gardens, complemented by the lush, tropical fauna and handsome architecture of the palace itself. The interior space is used to display a variety of exhibitions (not necessarily Rodin related), and includes a small cafe.
