  • The Museum is located at Praca da Se and houses many artifacts and objects from Africa. BEAUTIFUL the room dedicated to the Orixas, the gods of Candomble, afro-Brazilian religion. 3 metre high panels are decorated with carved wood and metal applications give objects or goddess represented. For those interested, within the same building, you can also visit the archaeological museum.

  • Museum with a collection mainly African, pretty much. Has several panels made by chicks and Caribbean sculptor, ja deceased and that and impressive beauty. Well worth a visit.

  • Account with temporary exhibition halls and a permanent collection. The African influence in the creation of our culture. I highlight the orishas that is an odd beauty.
