  • Very well structured for easy access by car, bus and Field Station of gunpowder very close, not counting the Dique do Tororó ahead it's beautiful "

  • Fonte Nova's facilities were rebuilt for the games of the World Cup and they were very good. Worth watching a game there, especially if you're a classic as Bahia and Vitória

  • I'm biased, because I love this place and the energy! I like how everyone always answer with sympathy and education. Regardless of being World Cup, Olympics, Campeonato Brasileiro or campeonato baiano, is always very nice to go there!

  • Beautiful stadium. The view to the field is amazing from every angle, regardless of whether you are at pitch level or very high up. Nice "happy hour" before the match, with live music and many food trucks. Only downside is the labyrinth path from parking lot to stadium - it doesn't make sense - but not enough to take away a star.
  • Casa do glorioso Baheaaa
  • Beautiful, massive, well organised. But honestly the best part in it is the view to the Tororó Pond from the inside. Spectacular!
  • I love this stadium! It's a great place to watch soccer games! If you have the time go there for the tour! You can see where the players get ready for the game and much more!
  • Beautiful footbal arena

Where to stay in Salvador

The majority of accommodations in Salvador fall into three distinct groupings. If you want to be close to the best historical attractions, stay in or near the old town of Pelourinho, a few minutes from the city's west-facing coastline. This also puts you in the heart of Salvador's tourist-driven nightlife. Your second option is to stay at the southwestern tip of the city, in the neighborhood of Barram, where you'll have instant access to one of Salvador's favorite beaches. Finally, look a bit farther afield to Rio Vermelho, a quieter beachside neighborhood facing south.
