  • It now houses a photography collection, some of Pierre Verger. It has a small shop and a nice enclosed terrace of the fort.
  • This Fort houses the exhibition of Pierre Verger, French photographer, who settled in Bahia and left us a wonderful photographic record of the people of Bahia, fishermen, largo, of candomblé, the people of the outback. Without words to be able to describe the visual impact, the technological resources that allow a greater interaction with the hit and do visit a unique experience. On Wednesdays, admission is free and the ticket allows the visit too oo Fort São Diogo, which houses the exhibition about Carybé, it pays to stay and wait for the spectacle of the sunset. Worth visiting over and over and over again!
