Where to stay in Rio Grande

The area around the old dock offers the greatest number and variety of accommodations in Rio Grande, with pastel-colored family-owned hotels among the most charming options. Modern stand-alone hotels become more frequent as you step away from the water and the historical dock, with prices varying between them depending on amenities and ocean views. Hostels and guesthouses provide the budget options in this popular part of town. If you're looking to keep the cost down, consider staying at one of the hotels in the largely residential area to the west.

  • The rio Grande library is the oldest in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, and has an amazing collection of all things imaginable. The museum exudes the story of Rio Grande at all times, and is a place for lovers by books and stately libraries. I love the passion!

  • I think I restored but in my opinion it needs reforms, clarity, has a good collection, but as far as I remember from high school need to pay to see something old.

  • Great place for study, just left wishing the lack of outlets around the tables and the library could count on a wi-fi network to facilitate the studies for video lessons ... is the suggestion.
