  • Very nice hike. It is 40/60 minutes that are really worth. The views that we have are very interesting. You get a more classical images of Rio. The stone is far removed from the tourist area par excellence.

  • Having read the comments guys have already visited the Telégrafo, I too moved from Copacabana early in the morning. The route here perfectly drafted, I will not repeat. Make only the amendment about the bus. From the underground station Jardim Oceânico to IIha de Guaratiba (place where peresazhivaeshsja Moto-taxi), direct bus No. At least different people at least four times told me about it. So from Jardim Oceânico I got to Terminal Alvorado (about 15 minutes), and from there another bus to IIha de Guaratiba (25-30 minutes). Brazilians show leads to the desired bus, and to try to help. I think difficulties will arise. Further, all according to plan. Rider took me up the Hill (10-12 minutes) for 15 reais, and drove by favelle, too, to the forest. On the climb, I spent about half an hour, walking at a fast pace. View opening from above, certainly shakes! The people in front of me was 10 people, so after half an hour of waiting I also was able to take some photos. On site working photographer who will make you high-quality picture for 5 reais, or three for 10. I also took advantage of its services. Highly recommend to visit this place! A little where else this will see! Get back in the reverse order.

  • All a topic get there, (I recommend getting into any parking charged beachfront) then start the trila, that is not very well signposted, can be found a few yellow and shoe brands. Starts in a concrete staircase with double rise next to one of the parking lots after 40 minutes of ascent if these well physically and are more than 1 hour but if not these well. Beware of the trail, there are some who do not go to the top, but the beach take sufficient water. Two trails, open at the top using the left to reach the stone of the photos. Up usually there are photographers that draw you pictures and uploaded it to the web and sellers of water and gatorade, but not trusting that it will be. Bring shoes tight and comfortable view is worth the effort

  • The hike itself was gorgeous, the hill was very steep so be a moderate hiker. There we’re bugs so bring some off or bug repellent. Once you get to the top there a few different views.. but the main one is amazing. The line can be very long to take pics because of all the people but be patient. It was super dirty and trash everywhere you went in brazil, i wish they were better about the trash. Some of the most pristine beaches were littered and trashed. What a waste of beautiful places!
  • Very hot climb to the top. Very busy with queues of over an hour to take pictures.
  • The hike starts off steep but once you catch your breathe, it's not too difficult. It is a safe path where there's no ledge to fall over while hiking. The view is gorgeous when you get to the top. Tip: Go early to avoid the strong sun even though most of the trail is shaded. The line for pictures can be longer than the actual hike if you don't do early.
  • I went up there in July at 5 o'clock in the morning to see the sun rise. Absolutely worth it! Amazing view! The climb up there is really not that bad. Let me put it this way. We saw a 60 year old couple do the walk. So if you can't, then maybe it's you and not the walk who's in bad shape. ;) No seriously, it can be a little bit challenging when wet, but hey that's nature/adventure. Right?
  • Take a while to get there, altough worth it
