  • This museum is very cool. The exhibition recounts the development of the Navy of Brazil. Tells the story of the great Portuguese navigation and its heroes, as Pedro Alvares Cabral. All who love the history of Brazil should visit the Naval Museum.

  • The collection of the Museum was not very big but there are exhibitions very special season in freshmen of the discovery of Brazil. We arrived early to make place for a boat ride in the Guanabara Bay. We did it. Travel approximately of 1 hour and a half on the tugboat Laurentino Pita. Very nice ride with a guide aboard Wed will explaining all scenarios through which we passed. It costs 24 reais per person but there's half-value in some situations. We love! We intend to come back to take a ride to the island.
