  • At the beginning of the Trek is the need to get a ride on bikes. The price is 5 r. Itself is not challenging trek and is relatively short compared with the path of the Corcovado Hill. At the top is really beautiful views and most importantly, it is possible that you're there all alone! Morro Dois Irmaos, I consider it the most beautiful place we visited in Rio!

  • From favela Vidigal (quiet and non-hazardous) take a motorcycle taxi and lead to the entrance of the trail to Morro dos Irmaos. in 50-60 minute climb, not hard but still challenging in some places, you will enjoy a fantastic view of Ipanema, Copacabana, Pao de Azuca, Christ, Lagoa. Unparalleled picture. Be careful along the way where you left the favela Rochina at your feet because there are no guards and the sheer drop could be fatal. This place is a must.

  • Medium hard hike, beautiful pointviews on way to the top and finally amazing view from the top. You can call uber to take you to the entrance of Vidigal favela. You will leave the Uber on the same place where a lot of taxi motors are parked. You pick one for 5 reals and it will take you to the top of favela where the hike starts. In our case mototaxi driver offered us to be our guide on the way to the top. So we did it that way.. At the end he took as to some bar in favela with a beautiful view. We felt really safe with him. But I guess you can do it without a guide.
  • This is an incredible hike that cannot be missed. Prepare to get sweaty and bring plenty of cash so you can buy a sweet treet after your hike. FYI, we felt totally safe walking through the favela in the daytime.
  • Motorcycle taxi, icebar (i dun remember the specific name), stiff hill and magnificent view, everything was unique and memorable. I still have a vivid feeling about this mountain. All the people i met up were very friendly also. One thing i wanna tell travelers is to be careful motorcycle riding places.
  • O wasn't at the hill, i was in Ipanema and was watching morro dois irmãos and would like to share my pic of this view of the mountain.
  • The most beautiful view that I’ve ever seem.
