Where to stay in Rio de Janeiro

Accommodations in Rio de Janeiro cover as diverse a spectrum as the city itself. At the top end, you can find plenty of luxury hotels along the beaches of Zona Sul, the city's southern zone, which includes the renowned Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. For something to suit a budget, but with good beach access, look around the less crowded neighborhoods of Catele and Flamengo. If you want to stay as centrally as possible, without feeling like you're in a business district, look for lodgings in the colorful, bohemian neighborhood of Santa Teresa.

  • I was on the Hill of Babylon of attention by the CoopBabilônia and the Office Boy Groundskeeper. The inscription was made by the Institute's Site. The output was from South River G5. The vans were until the wheel and let the passengers near the entrance of the community. The path is quiet with small uphill. The view is very beautiful and you can see all the Cove of Botafogo. The whole tour lasts 4 hours. I don't know how the access without the accompaniment of the Institute. I went with family and children of 12 years went up without problems. Take food and water.

  • It is a wonderful place friendly people, when you get many unfounded prejudices about the place and the environment was really wrong at any point I felt insecure, is very close to the beach there are many police vigilance accommodation prices are reasonable and I met very nice people from different countries who also spent their holidays. It is absolutely recommended safe and close to the beach of Leme which is the best.
