  • Great place to go for a walk taking a coconut water and enjoy this beautiful view! Has a short wall to sit, charming place.

  • Beautiful view of Leblon, Ipanema and the corcovado. On the other you have the slum of Vidigal. Has two Kioskes for if you want to have a snack or take that cold beer with a nice visual.

  • Beautiful visuals, excellent for a cup of coconut water after a run or walk. During hangovers the show by the waves which reaches 4 metres.

  • A must see. One the best views in Rio, and it costs nothing. Place for pictures and selfies.
  • Very nice view of Leblon beach. There is also some food selling besides.
  • Very nice observation area. Awesome views. Good place to stop for a caipirinha.

Where to stay in Rio de Janeiro

Accommodations in Rio de Janeiro cover as diverse a spectrum as the city itself. At the top end, you can find plenty of luxury hotels along the beaches of Zona Sul, the city's southern zone, which includes the renowned Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. For something to suit a budget, but with good beach access, look around the less crowded neighborhoods of Catele and Flamengo. If you want to stay as centrally as possible, without feeling like you're in a business district, look for lodgings in the colorful, bohemian neighborhood of Santa Teresa.
