  • Yesterday, 05 June I had an amazing experience, I went to the morro do Vidigal. Had a certain fear in go without in a periphery and watching the news in newspapers about the German Hill think that fear "normal". But, I've always been curious to know what life is like in the outskirts of Rio, so me and my boyfriend decided to go, and we had the best experience. Very friendly people, very different from what we see on television. The Observatory of Arvrão has a perfect view of the wonderful city. Note 10 the staff, food and drink too. I want to come back more often there. Well worth the visit!

  • View is amazing, service at the bar is nota só great, the waiter was a bit lost and understaffed. The beer and food were good but pricy.
  • Stunning views of Rio. There is a lovely bar and hostel. Great atmosphere. Live music. I felt completely safe, however I must say that I was there with a group of friends including one who has been living there for over 2 years. I walked alone to the shops in the streets to look for freshly prepared Açaí sorbet and was welcomed by friendly people. Great experience. I recommend going but of course be streetwise.
  • Top linda vista
