Leblon Beach, Rio de Janeiro

(3,000+ reviews on the web)
Lookout Beach
Enjoy the luxurious silent side of the city at Leblon Beach, tucked away in its most affluent neighborhood. Set between the foot of a scenic mountain and the lagoon, the beach offers an air of exclusivity tempering the nearby trendiness of Ipanema, providing a relaxing spot in a sophisticated setting. Popular with families, the area has a sufficient number of bars, restaurants, high-class hotels and nightclubs, designer boutiques, and celebrity-filled sidewalks for a variety of activities around this least-known of Rio's central beaches.
