It's a walk by the river unknown. There is a museum with a Navy submarine to be visited (Riachuelo), to go to the island used tax bus or boat, with price of around 15 reais. Additionally, is a walk very recommendable to do when you like to know the history of the places. When I went, a guide was narrating and telling the story of each room of the Palace of the island dynamically and excited, it's beautiful to contemplate the sunset and great to be visited after the Museum of tomorrow, because they are in nearby locations, recommend the Museum of tomorrow morning and afternoon fiscal island.

Charming historic site. Very nice place, with a wonderful view. Very instructive ride on your construction and also on the last ball of the Empire. Our guide Mariana, along the promenade, was spectacular. Is very worthwhile.

Where to stay in Rio de Janeiro

Accommodations in Rio de Janeiro cover as diverse a spectrum as the city itself. At the top end, you can find plenty of luxury hotels along the beaches of Zona Sul, the city's southern zone, which includes the renowned Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. For something to suit a budget, but with good beach access, look around the less crowded neighborhoods of Catele and Flamengo. If you want to stay as centrally as possible, without feeling like you're in a business district, look for lodgings in the colorful, bohemian neighborhood of Santa Teresa.
