  • If you are coming to Rio de Janeiro to ride, has better place to visit. Don't waste your time unless you are staying nearby and has small child. Now, if is and wants to meet a different playground for your children, this is a great option. Well located, with toys and a large green area, which has short tracks, ponds with ducks and swans and even some stones to put small a "climbing". There's room for picnics, but you have to get up early to get one or get lucky. You can take the subway. It is 10 minutes walk from Largo do Machado. Just follow the street Gago Coutinho. If you go by car and has no place to stop near the portal of entry, up by Paulo César de Andrade Street and follow until you find one that is down a quarry. Will probably be able to stop there. This "parking lot", which has no valet Parker, is very close to a staircase that is already present in the area of the Park and leads to the main area below. A point of attention is the security. The place does not usually have bad elements, but at the same time has no policing. Stay tuned!

  • I went on a picnic to a friend. Nonsense. Has better place to go. Unless you live nearby. Is a large square, with artificial lake and ducks. The spaces for picnics are disputadíssimos. Madrugue to get yours. Toys, cool, but few by the large number of children.
