  • Thanks to locals we met at a bar, we were told about this place! And is it's relatively unknown it's still free to visit, it's all natural and a bit rough around the edges, and there are hardly any pe...  more »
  • I had no idea that in Rio de Janeiro had place like this! It might not be for everyone, because access is difficult in certain stretches but is rewarding the grated in the Shin and knee.

  • As well as the entire Park is wonderful! Has a natural paddling pool which is nice for the kids, and almost never bathe in it.

  • This place is well worth visiting. It's beautiful, and escape from the craziness of the city. If you visit during the week day, it's much more likely that you will have the place to yourself. Peak times during summer tend to attract a large crowd.
  • Unbelievable nature with three water falls after each other.
  • Close to the city, great trek
  • Visit in late February. Magnificent location! Crystal clear water and a refreshing bath. Did the path by the Alto da Boa Vista. I passed by the Chinese view and following by the waterfall. I finished in the botanical gardens. I believe that is the best route. Super familiar environment and with many tourists. Apparently quite safe! You should drive with caution as there are plenty of bikes on the way! Ride for the whole family!

  • Are two waterfalls. The first is on the side of the road after a dam. The second has to climb a nearly 300-meter track but very steep and with three small snippets. It may be difficult for some people but it's worth the bath and the contact with nature. Many butterflies and birds. In summer gets busy.
