  • OLINDA - Na Church SEMINAR. Ms. da Graça 9 am to 12 pm and from 14 to 17 hours in 1535 Duarte Coelho founded the shrine of Na. Ms. Graça to offer it to the religious of the order of Santo Agostinho, but these did not accept it. Instead came the Jesuits than in 1551 and made a building inspired by the Church of São Roque in Lisbon. After the fire in the city in 1631 the temple was recovered by the Jesuits and in the Arch of the chapel there is an inscription dated 1661 probably indicating the end of reconstruction. With the expulsion of the Jesuits in 1760, it was abandoned and at the beginning of the century the Bishop Coutinho became 19TH seminar. It is a very simple temple built at the highest point of the city and the view of the city from here is one of the favorite tourist postcards. The classic style of the building has been preserved until today being the best witness of Jesuit architecture from the 16TH century of the Brazil next to the seminar you can find all the building complex of the convent of São Francisco and the great cross of stone.

  • A place with architecture that shows a lot about the rustica it was the city of Olinda. A peaceful place to visit and enjoy a bit of religious contemplation.

  • Seminary on the square. The place is visited by tourists, and accordingly here await their local merchants offering watercolors with these places. As well as a place with stunning views of the Olindu.
