  • The Museum inside the Fort is cool, has many exhibits that are interesting. Spend many bus lines around the Fort. It is close to the City Hall of Recife.

  • Strong from the 17th century who went by the Dutch and later Portuguese domain. In great condition houses a museum dedicated to the Brazilian Army with pieces ranging from the fight against the Dutch participation in the second world war. There is Plaza de armas with excavations, ramparts integers with cannons and Sentinels, a chapel with pictures and furniture and showrooms. Is in the neighbourhood of Recife, next to City Hall.

  • A strong that began with the Portuguese, but was completed by the Dutch after the reef. Its current name of Bashir is in fact a corruption, because at the time paid homage to one of the Dutch rulers, Johan Bruyne. It is located near the City of Recife, just before the bridge that leads to North Avenue. After retaken by the Portuguese in 1654, reforms were made to increase fortification. An interesting point for tourists despite being a little out of the most visited area that is ground Zero.
