  • Today with my grandson in this place called Zoo and, first, I thought it was absurd to be in the site of this enterprise that the opening was at 8:00, but only opens to 9:00. We arrived just before the 9:00, but the officials have denied our entry, simply claiming it be usual for years. Second, as it is a Government entity, should be free but charge what they call minimal fee of 2.00 R$. For what purpose? If it is forbidden! Thirdly, the cages are still too small for the animals, the waters of which need to survive, extremely dirty. It's heartbreaking to see these beings suffering. The only thing that saves, is the green of the Atlantic forest which is even preserved. Another thing that I believe need to be seen by the administrators of this Zoo: on the edge of the sidewalk, in front of this garden, there is a smelly waste stream and may contaminate who perhaps step on him (bordering the parking lot), in addition to attracting bugs and making the environment smell like a dump. ECA. Really, it is regrettable. Recife lacks places for recreation of children, anyway, of the whole population. But like that?????

  • The big cats are there at the end ... and are not open to exposure due to local reform. The Park is abandoned. But it's a ride that still fascinates children. Go to sneakers, hat and sunscreen. There are some empty cages, and some animals that could already be retired.
