  • It's a little interesting, but is a long way, there's not much to see, and see a lot but much repeated, you could say that the artist really had their frustrations, as you see on your work, but as I said is tiresome and repetitive, if you don't have anything else to do, you could lose about 30 minutes there but paid entry.

  • Suggest going in the shop in the morning, and then go in the instituto Brennand in the same neighborhood, but a little distant, the double is valid because they are two peculiar places.

  • Those art works of Brennand reminded me of Antonio Gaudi as they expressed human essential instincts and desires, in supernatural ways. This museum is just like a theme park and it has a lot of mysterious objects including the temple surrounded by water and a construction reminiscent of ancient Roman baths. It has a nice café. But this site is located in the forest of an isolated lonely area named Várzea, in the urban areas of Recife, so I recommend taking a taxi at the terminal named "Terminal Rodoviário do Recife", which you can access by train from the central railway station of Recife, or from other cities directly.
