  • It was a beautiful place, but today with the disorderly occupation is worse. still worth a visit. It is much better to visit in days of very dry tide, to view the croas (or crowns). worth a visit-the Crown of the plane (but it's a bit expensive)-the strong orange-space Manatee Beach very good for walking with low tide. a few good places for diving fan who is close to the sea. with low tide is very good for small children and babies. How is never high waves, is great for kids and bad for surfers. You can get to by bus with Nelson on the reef. but the journey is long. more than 1 hour with traffic smoothly.

  • I went to Itamaracá knowing that Fort Orange and the design of the manatees were closed (from what I hear more than year) thinking she would be just one point to meet Crown of the Plane. I've been visiting the island, but found the sight of stunning, Itamaracá island is very beautiful, and the sea is wonderful for swimming, no waves, no Sargasso, a paradise. A pity, for a people who live the frequency of beach tourism not like before, when the projects were active. But perhaps for that very reason, the calm of the place and the sea are an invitation to spend the entire day, forgetting of life. It was worth it. A piece of paradise forgotten.
