  • Everything that happens there happens in other beaches. I will whenever possible and never had problems. Who want spiritual refuge should go somewhere else. All types of music and it's only move if it isn't your favorite genre. Smell of marijuana has even the most beautiful and reserved beaches of Ubatuba, where too. Fair prices, commerce Web and wide range, I recommend for those who do not have freshness, because if it does, the islands of Angra are a few hundred miles from there, you can go swimming. I do not support the problems there, but are the same as in other beaches.

  • Like all beaches of Praia Grande, fetid, filthy water. many pickpockets and night quarrels and unpleasant music sounds in the cars.

  • In addition to having a bad condition of dirty sand sea water is always dirty and the hawkers do not cease to circulate in your back trying to sell you something without leaving you quiet

Where to stay in Praia Grande

Between Rodovia do Imigrantes and the sea, you'll find the vast majority of Praia Grande's accommodations, putting you near the epicenter of activity--the stretch of sand that borders the Atlantic. Palatial beachside hotels with swimming pools and private beaches line Avenida Presidente Castelo Branco, the main seaside strip. A few simpler budget options also exist along this main drag, and prices tend to reduce markedly the farther you get from the sea and sand.
