  • A place that is the story of Rondônia, a museum that inspires the past of the State, relying mainly on the history of rubber and of the Madeira Mamoré railroad.

  • We went to the Museum on 9 November day, a Wednesday, right after lunch, 2:00 pm, approximately. Was closed. A lady who was in the Office of the Cathedral reported that the Museum had been 8:00 to the 12:00. So all we have left to photograph the surroundings and the Cathedral itself, also closed. The Museum is easy to find. This is an attachment to the Cathedral of the sacred heart of Jesus, on Rua Dom Pedro II Square, John Nicoletti, between José Bonifácio and Gonçalves Dias. In front of the Cathedral you have the Palace President Tancredo Neves, administrative headquarters in the city.
