  • I went for a holiday in November and was closed. I don't know the reason. Stay Uptown, next to the historic centre.

  • Since the discovery there, expect to find a Rico and varied collection of Sacred pieces and historical value, but it wasn't like that, with few pieces on display and part in restoration (we reported) we were able to enjoy only a few available on the day, where I highlight the image of St. Francis of Assisi, dating from the 16TH century it was brought by Franciscan priests to the first church built in Brazil , is not allowed to photograph or film, she can be seen in this information panel at the entrance, along with the image of the crucified.

  • The Church is super tiny, but the acquis and not that big, it pays to travel back in time in the sacristy furniture. Photography is not allowed.
