Ilha de Porto Belo, Porto Belo
Categories: Islands, Nature & Parks
900 m (0.6 miles) off the coast of Porto Belo and surrounded by calm, crystal-clear water, is the beautiful nature reserve of Ilha de Porto Belo. A well-marked hiking trail through the lush flora leads you to amazing panoramic views, and along the way, your guide will show you different native species of both plants and animals. To learn more about the history of the island, you can visit the small “ecomuseu”, with its interesting display of archaeological and biological finds. Back on the white sand beach, the island’s restaurant serves up regional food with a fresh contemporary twist, and you can also rent equipment for diving, kayaking, and waterskiing. Diego LazoTo spend a while okay, if you go for walks and they leave you all day, it is not recommended. The liquefied and drinks are expensive but the food if it is expensive. The water is a little dirty but ideal for children because it is not deep and there are no waves. You cross a boat for 10 reais and 15 turns to the island. You can also go by the pirate ship.show original
