  • The rock formations are beautiful, but the Canyon is very small and the visit lasts about 30 minutes, only. Admission is free and the trail is short and quiet, however, when we arrived at the top of the Canyon, a snake with a 2 meters long of unknown species was walking slowly by the scene. We expect the same on to power down, then the hint for all stay tuned on site.

  • Stay on the road to Mateiros, access to right, signposted with small Board. There is a parking area, practically on the side of the road. We take the short trail and see the Canyon ahead of us; the look is very beautiful: on the wall, the water flows through the roots of vegetation above, is drinking water source. It started to rain, but in the shelter at the edge of the Canyon and the rain soon passed. Follow walking on the bed of the little stream of shallow water (cinnamon) until the end, where there's a tiny waterfall both in volume and in time. In the old days, the fall was much larger and the level of the stream reach the waist. However, the deforestation caused the silting up of the river and the water is running out. Private property, but the attraction is not exploited commercially. There's no infrastructure, no input collection

  • A small trail leads up to this wonder. There are some steps to get and get out. The city is near a dirt road.
