Cascata das Antas, Pocos de Caldas
(3.6/5 based on 500+ reviews on the web)
A home for ruins and water, Cascata das Antas is a beautiful location for nature walks and photo ops. There you'll find the ruins of a building reclaimed by vines and trees. The structure probably spent its functional life as a church, but now those memories are lost to time and what remains is protected by the forest's arms. The cascades themselves are a sight to behold, with water flowing over smoothed rock in a sheet of white spray. Be sure to wrap your camera in plastic to protect it from the cascade's shower.
