Rosario Falls, Pirenopolis

(4.6/5 based on 650+ reviews on the web)
Rosario Falls is not just about the waterfalls but it’s a fuller experience involving a wood-burning stove, home-cooked meals, and even a hammock. Rosario Falls is best reached by car about 38km (23.6 mi) from the center of Pirenópolis, nine km (5.6 mi) of the journey is a dirt road. Upon arrival, the owners, Democritus and Jacqueline, welcome you with fruit, cheese, and guava. The hike to the falls is of moderate difficulty, bringing you to the refreshing waters of the falls. Swim in the natural pools either at the base of the falls or the less populated pools near the top. After an active day of swimming and sunbathing, return to a delicious, homemade meal prepared with local and fresh foods, enjoying the fresh air of the countryside. Complete the incredible day with a nap in a hammock, relishing in your enjoyable experience. • This is the best I've ever been to falls in the region of Pirenópolis. The natural pools and crystalline waters, has waterfall trail is quiet and very beautiful, and the way of the stones at the end of the trail is also very beautiful. If you pay a value for everyday use, and lunch is included. Very good lunch, food from the farm. Then you can rest in the hammock area before heading back to town. The road is very hard for low cars.
