Abade Waterfall, Pirenopolis
(4.4/5 based on 1,000+ reviews on the web)
The vibrant greenery, sandy beaches, hummingbirds, and rush of water create a natural nirvana, full of energy yet tranquil at the same time. The well-maintained trails are easy to walk, and you have two options for which way to go. One is the quicker, direct route, but choosing the longer of the two, you will pass by smaller waterfalls, lookout points with amazing views, and a natural aquarium teeming with wildlife before reaching the impressive Abade Waterfall. For an unforgettable experience, you can descend at the end of a rope down its 22 m (72 ft) drop into the large pool of crystal-clear green water and explore behind the waterfall. Put Abade Waterfall into our Pirenopolis vacation builder and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

  • Very dangerous place without the proper protections, banks without protection and can one slip, fall down and nobody can find. Because has no organization. In case you know the name of the people entering and leaving. Due not to be found. inform mobile bridges and track height for those who have a phobia. wrong information for the site.

  • To reach the waterfalls of the region it is necessary to go by car and take the dirt road, but worth it! With marked trails of clod soil and rock, and is considered easy to the media, this attraction offers baths in waterfalls, a very nice rope bridge plus on-site restaurant. The tour is private property and is charged a rate of visitation, which at the time was 20 reais per person. On hot days it becomes even more interesting to visit, if only because, the water from the waterfall is quite cold. Enjoy the ride!
