  • It was my second time there, the first, a few years ago, was more relaxed because there were fewer people at the same time. We started the ascent before the 9 hours, but even so, we lost at least half an hour (between ascent and descent) waiting for the line moving in more time-consuming. On the way back, we passed by several dozen people, therefore, if not pleasant wait, should go in lower flow times, as well early. Those who practice exercises regularly doesn't have difficulties. With some effort, all the rest (which do not have very limited mobility) can enjoy a few hours of walking and climbing by Staples and chains with wonderful views to all sides.

  • Not climbed until the end is a little heavy to climb. But it's worth all the effort. The site has a diner, eat the cake is very good! To leave the car there is 10.0.

  • Morro do canal is easy and free and the road is in good preservation. Arriving at the Place Rock you find a base to leave the car ($ 10.00) where there's a snack bar with various types of snacks (pastel is a good thing for the back) and with mto clean bathrooms. The trail is relatively easy, some excerpts is necessary to climb the rocks but this is child's play, because all are with clips (type a ladder), ropes and chains, that is, the trail is very safe and well identified. The ascent takes about 1:30 with a quiet rhythm and at the end have a nice gift with the view from up there. Now take your backpack and get outta here ... abs and a nice trail.
