Cervejaria Bohemia, Petropolis
(4.4/5 based on 6,500+ reviews on the web)
Tour the first brewery in Brazil and sample five different beers at Cervejaria Bohemia. See brewing vats and pipes, fermentation and filtration tanks, and enjoy samples in the beer garden (which also offers food). Founded by a German settler in 1853, the brewery is now controlled by a Belgian-Brazilian multinational company, producing lighter and less bitter beers than the original. A museum of beer-making details the trade since the Babylonian times. Check out old-timer beer distribution trucks and browse through barrels and bottles, or simply enjoy a great meal at the restaurant. • In terms of thematic House of Bohemia, only some places in Gramado. The exhibition is very well mounted!

  • Had little expectations for the trip, but found excellent. When I went, the value was $30.00 per and included 3 tasting beers along the promenade. The space is beautiful, large, organized and very interesting as well as informative with respect to beer. I also liked a lot of the on-site restaurant.

  • The brewery is located in a beautiful building near the street. Built in apparent bricks giving a basement air. Several floors with bar, restaurant, and obviously the brewery who conducts tours throughout the process. The service was nice, however inefficient. Delay in delivery of the dishes when arrived were missing the silverware. The flavor was also to be desired. Something like fast food.

  • Interesting museum that relates the complete process of brewing beer. You will have the possibility to taste some different flavor of beers during the visit. The restaurant at the upper floor serve excellent quality of food. However a little too salty for me. The bar is intresting but wheb it is crawded you will probably have to be patient for you beer.
  • Excelente lugar, ótima cerveja, petiscos com sabor muito bom. Recomendo
  • Service was not great. The staff took my order several times and then never came back. 2/3rds of the menu was out of stock. They refused to give me certain beers even though I could see other tables drinking them.
  • Muito bom!
  • Museu bastante interessante
