Where to stay in Itatiaia

Despite being the largest town in the area, Itatiaia offers relatively few places to stay. Your best bet is to look for accommodations in the town center, near Praça da Emancipação, where you'll find a few small hotels and inns. If you want to visit the national park, look for accommodations at the park's entrance, or even inside its boundaries, rather than in town. You can also find a much larger selection of accommodations in Penedo, just a few kilometers down the road.

  • I was in the House during my trip to Rock in 03/06/2016. The place is extremely nice and familiar with people educadíssimas. You pay a fair price to enter. Their dance is recognized and make presentations not only in the city and internationally. The food is super hot, there's no need to travel to another location after or previously. Drinks are also available. The dance is typical and prior to the presentation there are some choreographed dances that they dance to the audience you want, try to keep up. I have ventured to dance with them and every time they help showing the steps. It was really cool because I thought you were going to be but in the end I had already improved! It is very interesting "the dance"!!!! As my birthday was 05/06 day Still participated in the tradition of playing the birthdays. It was so much fun!!! It's a place to laugh, relax ... Just a dica...se is excited to dance, even with the cold, bring a lightweight clothes. I would like the people of the city to release more. I only went because I do a tourist itinerary before of my travels. No one from the site informed me about the Club. A pity ... the city doesn't know what perde...com sure the days of dance the City Lottery. Congratulations to Club!

  • A typical Finnish dance. Finnish architecture and decorated with Tapestry artist Eila. The ball touches various kinds of rhythm, especially, songs of the ' 70 with those routines that only those who lived this time knows. The highlight is the presentation of the Folk Dance Group PKY. Family atmosphere, fun right.

  • We were unknowingly at the dance called Vappu, which turned out to be the Carnival of Finland. Everyone was in costume, and even know what it was, seemed very strange for a month of April. RS people there are simpatissisimas! You realize that is a very strong community and participatory, because everybody knows the choreography of Finnish music. The party was pretty hot to participate, danced together, has typical snacks and great animation! Extremely familiar environment. We were told that there are dance every first week of the month. In other days. Worth the visit! Source of culture!
