  • The train passes through beautiful scenery, old stations and ends at the Mantiqueira Tunnel, where there was a struggle between miners and beloved paulistas, story told by the guide that accompanies it. The guitar player breaking Paulinho follows trip with us singing old classics. Worth the trip.

  • The ride on the locomotive leaves you in the mouth of the tunnel before maneuvering to return. Be sure to walk down there. It's a bit of history of the Constitutionalist revolution. A shame the Government has abandoned the railroads, are thousands of km that could be reused. Out of curiosity, the train enters the tunnel because the State of SP removed the Rails on your side of the border.
