  • Exceptional ride. Walk strong, well-defined trail, but with good ingrimes. People without any physical fitness or have difficulties and may disturb settled the rest of the team. Walk under the rain forest, where it reaches the Summit of peak stone pound sugar. From there the Ilha das Couves in Ubatuba and opposite the Angra I Nuclear power plant. Don't take anything heavy in the bag, just little bottles of water and light snack. I would advise not later rises at noon, because depending on the time of year, as was my case, I climbed the 13:00 hs and on the way down, we've got low light stretches below the trees. BEAUTIFUL RIDE

  • To arrive at the Summit we must take a boat in Paraty-Mirim to the beach of the cruise. The trail begins in the left corner of the beach and is well marked. You can't go wrong. The ascent is steep and becomes tiresome for those without physical preparation, but nothing absurd. At the end of the trail the beauty of saco do mamanguá will revealing themselves. The view is great and worth every drop of sweat. Super recoemendo!!!

  • Steep trail, moderate to heavy, amid dense forest and wet but to get to the top with that perfect view and gorgeous, td is worth.
