  • The top can be reached by an easy access trail. To get there, you must first take a boat out of Parati-Mirim towards the Mamangua bag. The boat near a local restaurant (the beach has two) where the owners can guide the traveler. Is a walk of about 40 minutes for a steep trail easy to moderate difficulty. Reaching the top, the view is worth every sacrifice.

  • Have a fitness at least average. Otherwise you will suffer. Take plenty of water and have patience! Be worth worth.

  • The trail is not so easy here, however, the visual compensates each drop of sweat! Sensational views of the entire Saco do Mamanguá! Well worth this tour!
