  • Like the monitors, but this museum has no period objects unfortunately not preserved anything to show to visitors,

  • I went with my family, and had the guide explaining the history of that monument. It was built by the British, and they're saving everything to continue being a historical landmark. The view and beautiful upstairs, the House is amazing, I love it.

  • The building was revitalised and maintenance continues, is one of the main attractions of the city, is worth a visit. From anywhere in the city you will find the Museum which is right at the top.

  • Best viewpoint on the village. When you get up there, look at the valley.
  • This was the home of the Chief Engineer of the SP Hailway. Then he followed all the construction of the railway that connects Santos to Sao Paulo. Today is a beautiful Museum in the alto da Serra that tells the story of the railway. It's a beautiful place, when the sky is clear the view is wonderful. When it is cloudy the ride gets more interesting ...

  • As everywhere in this city has a lot of history to absorb. I like to take my children to parks, cinemas, travel, but nothing compares to culture absorbs in museums mainly in a place as Rico and live from history as this castelinho as in town of Paranapiacaba. A large open air museum. Our second visit to the castles and even then it's great to hear what life was like for the residents of the House. How was the conditions of workers.

  • An excellent local to take children and anyone interested in learning and knowing a bit of the history of São Paulo and as railroads were initiated from the large farms of cafe to the port of Santos. One point to note is that sometimes the educators/mediators end up speaking a little faster, which can disrupt or take that famous laziness to whoever's doing the visitation.

  • Interesting museum that tells the history of the village of Paranapiacaba, is cheap to enter, only 3.00. Has tabs that tell the story of the House and is included in the value of the input. The guides are very friendly. It is located at the top of the village and has a very nice view from up there. Recommend that you visit when the Paranapiacaba. The village is in need of restoration, but the guides said that the city has started the restoration in some places and already has programming for other places. But the Museum castelinho is well maintained.
