The space has a beautiful garden, a small shop with products of the Apiary (honey delicious) and a permanent exhibition about bees and honey. Very interesting for the children. We didn't make the visit in hives in the field, but still worth it.

This is the 3rd time I'm there and I'm still enjoying. Has a small shop with various types of honey and products thereof. You can try them. It has a cafeteria with snacks. And have the tour at the Museum and in beehives where you wears a beekeeper and learn all about bees. It's pretty cool.

Where to stay in Nova Friburgo

As a popular tourist hotspot, Nova Friburgo boasts a wide range of boutique, midsize hotels in the city center, mainly clustered within a few blocks of the Bengalas River. These accommodations, just a short walk from the city's main streets, tend to be somewhat upscale, with onsite pools and gardens. Many feature architectural styles reminiscent of Swiss and German mountain chalets. In the hills south of the city, past Point de Saudade, you'll find more nature-oriented options and eco-lodges, which focus on comfort combined with a somewhat rustic feel. Plenty of "pousadas" also dot the area: traditional Brazilian guesthouses offering lower prices in exchange for fewer amenities.
