  • It's a very nice ride, a beautiful landscape, and contact with nature. Super indico. The rise has 2 parts, the first in the middle of the Woods, through the trail. Is a little steep, but going quiet reaches the end of the trail without major difficulties. Elderly with health and children can do this too. At the end of the stretch of track, comes a rock seawall followed by trails and steep hills in the midst of the rock. I've seen several people to spend "shake there and claim" they're gone. I suggest not to climb this stretch for small children, elderly people who do not practice exercises and overweight people. The fact that I can't indicate it doesn't mean that they won't be able to, with calm and patience almost anyone can, but I believe that some of that group cited may regret it. The hint!

  • Very nice ride, since the route with panoramic visual that encourages relaxation. By observing the Atlantic Rainforest have the real idea of how much we need to preserve the environment. Extremely nice!
