Lagoa de Arituba, Nisia Floresta

Water Body Nature / Park
Barely a ripple disturbs the warm, shallow waters of Lagoa de Arituba. As clear as a swimming pool, the tranquil lake is perfect for bathing, especially for young children. For a more active visit, rent out a paddle boat or kayak, or take a ride on the zip line which flings you out across the middle of the lake. Kiosks on the sandy beach serve freshly caught seafood and a cocada--a traditional Brazilian sweet made from coconut. • Wonderful lagoon with crystal clear water. The restaurant on the edge of the lagoon has an excellent service and the food is delicious. We ate a grilled fish very tasty and the side dishes are very well served and seasoned. It was a great experience!

  • Nice location. Temperature water nice and clean. No luck with the bar/restaurant at the fulcrum, but the place is beautiful.

  • A real OASIS amongst the dunes. One of the freshwater ponds with easier access, great structure to receive tourists. Has parking, restaurants, bars serving snacks, drinks and lunch with prices not very popular. For use of the tables is not charged any fee and some have armed networks for customers feel even more comfortable. Pond water is very clean great for bath temperature and availability of kayaks ($ 10, 30 minutes per person), as well as paddleboats and pula pula.
