  • I loved this visit to this Museum, very well organized, very well shown by its employees, many attentive, they love what they do, because history shows us with much enthusiasm and pride of the Earth. I was very well approved and advise to anyone visiting Christmas, be sure to go visit not only the Historical Centre as well as that Museum, and the Museum of the press of the newspaper the Republic.

  • An interesting Museum with great guides. Good to know the history of the city and know how it's supposed to be hard at the time of the invasion by the Dutch.

  • ok
  • The site should be more valued. Unfortunately the people of RN is not a people who think interesting meeting and maintain a culture so beautiful which we have. Many fewer people know of the Rio Grande do Sul North culture and this museum is practically hidden, which cooperate one iota to this situation improve. I'm very disappointed with the situation of this Museum, but I wouldn't say she's startled:(

  • Place with great potential with pretty collection, but more attention on basic infrastructure. Several lamps were off or incorrect potential to illuminate the works, resulting in shadows. The air conditioning was turned off and the lack of Windows and ventilation makes the visit complicated because of the heat.

Where to stay in Natal

Looking to enjoy the best beaches and soak up the holiday atmosphere, most visitors eschew the city center when it comes to accommodations in Natal. Instead, many look to the southern beachside neighborhood of Ponta Negra, which brims with tourist resorts and the accompanying bars, restaurants, and cafes. If you want to escape the tourist route and experience the city itself, you'll find plenty of options along the beachside boulevard of Av. Presidente Cafe Filho--a stone's throw from the beach and the city center. For something much quieter, surrounded by rolling dunes and clear waters, stay on the seafront next to Parque das Dunas.
